.測(cè)量原理
羅斯蒙特3300系列雷達(dá)液位變送器是基于-域反射測(cè)量(TDR)技術(shù)的儀表 . 低功率的毫微秒級(jí)微波脈沖沿著浸沒(méi)于過(guò)程介質(zhì)的探頭的引導(dǎo)向下發(fā)射 . 當(dāng)雷達(dá)脈沖抵達(dá)具有不同介電常數(shù)的介質(zhì)表面時(shí)、部 分能量被反射回變送器、而被發(fā)射(參考信號(hào))與被反射脈沖之間的時(shí)間差正比于空間距離、由此距離計(jì)算出總的液位或界位 . 反射的強(qiáng)度取決于被測(cè)產(chǎn)品的介電常數(shù) . 介電常數(shù)值愈高、則反射的強(qiáng)度就 愈大 .
3300變送器采用動(dòng)態(tài)增益優(yōu)化(Dynamic Gain Optimization)技術(shù)、這就意味著變送器能自動(dòng)地調(diào)整增益、使之在每一個(gè)應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合自動(dòng)最大限度地提高信-噪比 . 這樣做增強(qiáng)了測(cè)量可靠性與測(cè)量性能 .
2.應(yīng)用
羅斯蒙特3300系列可用于大多數(shù)液體、半液體與液-液界面的液位測(cè)量 .
3300系列目前包含兩種型號(hào)的儀表 :
3301型、用于液體的導(dǎo)波雷達(dá)液位變送器 .
3302型、用于液體的多變量(Multivariabl)導(dǎo)波雷達(dá)液位界面變送器 .
3.羅斯蒙特3300導(dǎo)波雷達(dá)變送器提供高度的可靠性與操作性能 .
3300變送器測(cè)量不受罐內(nèi)溫度、壓力、蒸汽/氣相混合、密度、湍流、冒泡/沸騰、介電常數(shù)或黏度變化的影響 . 由于微波被引導(dǎo)沿探頭發(fā)射、該技術(shù)非常適合于小而窄的罐上測(cè)量或小的安裝孔 .
